Why can't I log in on the mobile app?

If you have a Facebook account you should be able to log into Server 1 and play on the app.

If you're having trouble logging into the app to play on Server 2 and haven't received a password or the one you're using isn't working, you can reset your password to gain access.

To do this go to Kanoplay.com and select your game form the four options and hit "Play For Free".



At the login screen hit "Forgot Password" button under the email address and password boxes and that will forward you a link to your email.



From there you can set a new password and afterwards should be able to login to the app with no problem!
